After-Hours Service (surcharge applies):
- Weeknights: 6:30pm – 7:00am
- Saturdays: 1:00pm – 7:00am Sunday
- Sundays: All day
- Public Holidays: All day
An after-hours surcharge applies during these times to cover the cost of maintaining qualified veterinarians and full facilities around the clock.

What to Bring for Your First Visit
- Your South African ID card (required for registration)
- Any previous medical records or vaccination certificates
- List of current medications your pet is taking
- Your pet’s favourite blanket or toy for comfort
Payment Options

- Electronic funds transfer (EFT)
- Payment in full is required at time of service
- Payment plan exceptions may be discussed with our practice manager
Pet Insurance
We strongly encourage pet insurance. You pay your account with us and claim reimbursement directly from your insurer.
Parking
Convenient on-site parking is available at no charge.
